Optima DMF

Thanks to the non-idling burner, the machine minimizes emissions, noise and fuel consumption.The Optima Steamer™ DMF includes a dual spray gun system, which means two operators may clean at the same time, still without a loss in steam pressure, heat, or power.

Optima SD
After a series of independent laboratory testing, the Optima’s vapor-steam has been proven to eliminate the most prominent and dangerous foodborne pathogens including, but not limited to: Staphylococcus, E. coli, Campylobacter, Listeria and Salmonella. Not to mention eliminates Brett, Zygo and tartrates for our adult beverage crowd. Lab test results available upon request.

Optima EST
The Optima EST3 is a solely electric model, ideal to use indoors, from industrial kitchens and processing plants to wineries and hospitals.This model is equipped with a coil-heated power that is designed to produce steam in around 10 minutes and automatically turns on and off to maintain operating pressure.

Optima SE
The Optima SE is a solely electric model, ideal to use indoors, from industrial kitchens and processing plants to wineries and hospitals. The stainless steel frame provides the cleanliest surface of the Optima line.

Using the latest in steam technology, the Optima can quickly and effectively remove dirt, stains, grease, odors and eliminate harmful pathogens from a variety of surfaces without generating waste water runoff.
